Business group pro-manchester had surveyed 600 businesses about the state of equality, diversity and inclusion in workplaces across the city. They wanted to develop the findings into a report and launch it with a series of news stories, an event, and write-up the following week.
Story was asked to work with the team to develop visually appealing content that would showcase the findings and help businesses on their diversity and inclusion journey. In a series of interviews with business leaders, psychologists and leadership consultants, we wrote a report, alongside interviews, to outline ways in which they could move forward and embrace the future.
The importance of equality, diversity and inclusion in Greater Manchester workplaces was launched at a sell-out panel event, chaired by Rupert, in February 2020.
