International recruitment business Robert Half approached Story asking for help with regular commentary articles for their senior team. They wanted to amplify the voices, experience and ideas of their managing directors, helping them to show their knowledge in the media and in their communications with clients.
Working with a team in Germany, and right across Europe, I have been writing monthly articles on topics including culture, succession planning, and preparing executive teams for the stock market. For each piece, I have listened to interviews done by their communications team, in preparation, and used the material to develop punchy and compelling narratives.
In just a few months, the work has been picked up by the media, and used as a source of new interview opportunities for the contributors. The team has asked me to continue working with them, and expand the scope of the editorial work and thought leadership, in 2023.
